Consolidate the Phase 12 cross-SDK example and docs work into one audit-friendly commit covering the real-client rewrites, new parity examples, verification harnesses, and public docs sync. Co-Authored-By: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>
Keep Yarli tranche state, local planning files, and verification artifacts out of version control while leaving them available in the working tree through existing ignore rules.
