有人拿不是我们申请的令牌访问 /.well-known/acme-challenge/ 时，Caddy 认不出就回 404、记一行 “looking up info for HTTP challenge”。我们自己申请证书时令牌在 Caddy 的内存里，走不到这一行。 10-27 改 www 的 DNS 时有 87 次、判断是一次性的关掉了，当晚没改什么又来了 1 次，所以加进噪音表。 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

为什么
网关的 “looking up info for HTTP challenge”：有人拿不是我们申请的令牌访问
/.well-known/acme-challenge/（别处替指到这台服务器的域名验证证书，或者扫描器），Caddy 认不出就回 404、记这一行。我们自己申请证书时令牌在 Caddy 的内存里，走不到这一行；自己的证书申请不成报的是别的行。10-27 改 www 的 DNS 那半小时有 87 次，当时判断是一次性的、没加噪音规则就关了，说好换了版本还出现再看。当晚 23:33Z 没改什么又来了 1 次，所以加进噪音表。

tools/prodops/error_signatures.toml加一条网关的规则，写明为什么正常。test_error_digest加一条：这一行不报，同时来的真错误照报。怎么查的
