Worth reading the TASK-82 note: it carries the finding that
connection()in the root layout makes every route dynamic, so the home page's existingrevalidate = 600has never taken effect and no page in the app can be CDN cached today. That is the real reason the free tier ran out, and it stays open by choice, since removing it means giving up the nonce based CSP.Documentation only, no code change.
