docs: complete MAP MVP release readiness

Outcome

Makes the architecture-layer MVP reproducible and accurately documented from the repository front door.

Documentation

• update the attractive root README with the new deterministic workflow
• remove stale npm installation claims and former multi-repository language
• update getting started, tooling, library, examples, licensing, and website spec
• add documentation indexes, root changelog, sanitized self-scan output, and the MVP implementation report
• link the next roadmap increments to Scanner v2: bounded monorepo and source discovery #108–Release architecture: align versions and prepare optional npm distribution #112

Operations

• refresh the offline registry snapshot from the consolidated monorepo
• fix the snapshot script to accept the monorepo root
• add a CI freshness gate that compares generated and bundled registry content while ignoring timestamps

Verified

• 96 registry patterns
• 6 schema contracts
• build, lint, and typecheck pass
• 146 tests pass
• no known pnpm vulnerabilities
• GitHub installer builds and runs MAP 0.5.1
• installed map validate passes on this repository
