atm-core [boundaries] config carries manifest_dependency_allowlists, global_dependency_ownership and manifest_section_rules (.just/lint-config.toml). Released sc-lint-boundary has manifest_policy.rs / package_policy.rs (--rule manifests / --rule dependencies, #73). Verify which of the three atm-core keys are covered and file the remainder as config-surface gaps.
Context: atm-core still runs a pre-production in-tree sc-lint (crates/sc-lint-boundary, crates/sc-lint-directives, .just/lint-config.toml). Migrating it onto released sc-lint (Phase G G.4b) needs either a released equivalent or an explicit decision to keep this as a consumer-owned extension. Filed from the atm-core just-setup survey; addressed AFTER Phase G, not in scope for it.
