Stacked on #160. PR #160 changes trait method node IDs and generic/reference trait impl IDs; this layer bumps the sc-lint-boundary schema_version to 0.2.0, documents the 0.1.0 → 0.2.0 migration and rebaseline guidance in graph-schema.md, and adds a versioned JSON/Turtle compatibility fixture. Bead: lint-6o0.
