Removes the stale tmux_pane_id from clint's pane and adds the flint, publisher, and spare panes so .atm.toml's launch config matches the current herdr-backend ATM roster. No post_send_hooks entries — nudging goes through the ATM/herdr backend, not .atm.toml.
