Adds Screen Control to the Projects section.
Screen Control gives AI agents full desktop control on Windows: an MCP server (16 tools) and a REST API exposing screenshots, OCR, frame diff, mouse/keyboard input, and window management. Safety features are enforced server-side: token auth, blocked deadly shortcuts, and a focus guard that refuses keystrokes when the foreground window does not match the target. Ships a FakeBackend so its 36 API tests run headless in CI.
