Here is my updated version of this code that adds functionality for Gameboy Player. If you hold UP during startup, SNES SELECT becomes GC Y, SNES X becomes GC Z and SNES Y becomes GC X. If you hold DOWN during startup, SNES buttons Y, B and A get rotated on top of that. These changes were meant to be more convenient for the GBPlayer so SELECT becomes real Gameboy select and SNES X brings up the GBPlayer menu. You can choose either configuration you want during startup. I tested this on real hardware and it works perfectly fine. You can compile it yourself to check it out. I believe I didn't miss anything else
