- Plugin.blocked + blocked_reason fields populated from ~/.claude/plugins/blocklist.json. - Health warning when a plugin is enabled AND blocklisted (Claude Code refuses to load it regardless of enabledPlugins). - Plugin items list shows [BLOCKED] badge; detail pane shows reason.
