Summary
Adds a static Open Graph image for the dashboard using the existing OpenFacilitator banner artwork and wires the root metadata to use it for Open Graph and Twitter cards.
Why
Social previews were missing a configured brand image. The final asset preserves the original wordmark/font by reusing the existing banner art instead of rendering text dynamically.
