[codex] Refresh public facilitator positioning

What changed

• Updated homepage copy to emphasize OpenFacilitator as a free, fast, open-source public x402 facilitator.
• Updated site metadata, Open Graph/Twitter descriptions, package description, and README positioning.
• Replaced the Open Graph image with a fresh homepage screenshot.
• Reframed self-hosting docs as secondary for teams whose needs exceed the public endpoint.

Why

The product direction is now centered on making pay.openfacilitator.io the best free open-source facilitator on the market, not primarily on launching a custom facilitator.
