Require native PWA installation like Health Hub

Summary

• expose Android/Desktop Install only when Chromium provides beforeinstallprompt
• call the native prompt directly from every actionable Install entry point
• remove the separate install-help control and all Chrome shortcut instructions
• hide Settings > Install App until native installation is available
• retain only iOS Share → Add to Home Screen guidance
• remove self-referential related_applications and installed-app detection for strict Health Hub parity
• restore the canonical production manifest identity
• update PWA regression contracts, spec, version, and service-worker cache

Root cause

FloRo's Android fallback linked users to Chrome's combined "Install and create shortcut" menu. Selecting Create shortcut makes a bookmark that opens with the URL bar. Health Hub exposes no actionable Android install control unless it holds beforeinstallprompt, then calls prompt() directly.

Verification

• static PWA contract, 65 required IDs, JavaScript syntax, manifest, and icon checks pass
• clean Android profile: native event held, only Install + Not now shown, Settings install available, zero installability errors
• Android without native event: only passive status + Not now shown; no install/help control and Settings install hidden
• iOS without native Chromium prompt: passive banner and Settings Share → Add to Home Screen guidance remain
• service-worker cache v64 activates with the strict-parity installer
• GitHub CI and Vercel checks pass

Deployment note

The canonical production URL still serves the previous portfolio submodule revision. After merge, the rawshn-portfolio submodule must be bumped and production deployed before this behavior is live.
