…guration alone eglot-csharp installed its own function as the global default of eglot-workspace-configuration at load time, which discarded a user's plist there, was dropped by a later setq, and stacked on every reload. An eglot-initialization-options method on eglot-csharp--server touches no global state, and a :csharp section the user sets still wins, as csharp-ls pulls it after initialize. csharp-ls reads initializationOptions from 0.29.0 on (razzmatazz/csharp-language-server#428); older versions ignore them.
