The files in this repository were created for the Coursera Genomic Data Science Capstone project to ensure the reproductibility of the analysis. It includes the task relatories in PDF, a Galaxy server workflow for the analysis, and a rmarkdown file for the R analysis. It also includes the intermediary data files from some steps.
