Summary

Adds the first visual slice of the weekly routine scheduler.

Included

• reusable responsive Dialog primitive
• reusable accessible Switch primitive
• schedule trigger on the routine editor
• seven weekday rows
• local weekday selection state
• a time input that appears only for selected days
• disabled Save Schedule action until RHF persistence is implemented

Responsive behavior

The dialog is centered on desktop and presented as a bottom sheet on small screens.

Tests

• verifies the modal opens
• verifies all seven weekday switches are present
• verifies selecting a day reveals its time input
• all 40 web tests pass

Dependency

This PR is stacked on PR #82. Once the earlier stacked PRs merge, its base can be updated to main.
