Project posting for FIST team at IRI

#### Description
The Financial Instruments Sector Team [FIST](https://iri.columbia.edu/our-expertise/financial-instruments/) helps people overcome climate risk through financial tools like index insurance and index-based disaster risk management. Through our partners, collaborators, and educational activities, we are engaging the players necessary to represent the wide array of expertise and perspectives and build community driven solutions.
FIST work also includes, extensive data analysis from the data library [DL](https://iri.columbia.edu/resources/data-library/) and other sources that provide a range of climate information. This analysis is coupled with the data analysis from ground information retrieved from local partners and stakeholders in various countries.
In this project, you will be responsible for the development of a seasonal monitoring platform that automates the data analysis and visualization process, for the data obtained from the ground as well as the appropriate climate information, in a user friendly platform that can also be exported in various formats.

"seasonal monitoring platform" is fairly vague. Will the intern be developing a mobile app? Or a set of Python notebooks? I think a bit more detail is worth having here.

I would consider using "helping to develop" rather than "responsible for the development". Interns are sometimes starting from a fairly early point, so it is unlikely that they will be able to lead and be responsible for a development project at this level.
