Summary

Add Command Code as a detected Reason Network agent. Setup writes the user-scope MCP server at ~/.commandcode/mcp.json, preserves other MCP entries, supports removal, and detects Command Code's client-name aliases so incoming MCP sessions are identified as Command Code. Documentation now includes the adapter and its inbox-based pull delivery.

Checks

  • cargo test --locked — passed: 257 unit tests and 2 install-script tests.
  • git diff --check — passed.
  • cargo fmt --all -- --check — not available locally: rustfmt is missing, and installing it was blocked by the read-only toolchain directory. CI runs formatting, clippy, and tests on Linux, macOS, and Windows.

The change has no visible UI, so there is no screenshot. The repository publishes engine binaries from version tags; I’ll follow its version-bump/tag release path after this feature PR merges.
