• refresh the README with emoji-led sections, a GHCR quick start, supported platforms, and clearer security and development guidance
• update installation, configuration, API, discovery, and FAQ documentation and link the documentation set together
• replace legacy Docker Hub image references with ghcr.io/rebeccathedev/petfeedd:latest
• make GHCR the default image path in the Makefile
• skip the long multi-architecture container build for pull requests targeting development, while retaining it for pull requests to main and publishes after merges to main
