Problem
A viewer can boot and complete host hello without ever connecting or painting. Existing receipts do not identify whether bootstrap, WebSocket setup, encrypted handshake, or RFB handshake stalled.
Change
Emit bounded startup stage receipts on the existing viewer-to-host channel. Record transport mode, attempt, elapsed time, visibility, and close code where available. No URLs, credentials, page content, or raw errors are included. Preserve connection and retry behavior.
Verification
node --test packages/trusted-liveview/noise.test.mjs: 13 passed.node --checkon viewer and Noise modules;git diff --checkpassed.Companion Portal PR forwards these receipts to session logs.
