Summary

Backports the mlflow_artifacts example fix from:

This replaces the unavailable minio/minio image with RustFS and uses AWS CLI to create the example S3 bucket.

Without this change, the Python CI shard fails in:
tests/tracking/test_mlflow_artifacts.py::test_mlflow_artifacts_example

with:
pull access denied for minio/minio

Attribution

The commit preserves the original author and co-author trailers, plus both cherry-pick source references.

Testing

  • YAML parsing passed
  • Patch is byte-for-byte identical to the merged rhoai-3.3 backport
  • Full integration coverage will run in CI
