Add Red Hat Maven repository to generated projects#234

The redhat and redhat-camel offerings were missing the Red Hat Maven repository override in generated project pom.xml files. Only the IBM offering had it configured. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
