docs: group hubs moved to $PP/g/<name>; video_gen renamed av - #24

Update references to the old Claude Code group-hub location (t/priv/data/groups/<name>) to the per-group repos under $PP/g/<name>, and rename the video_gen group to av where prose refers to the group (first mention in each file notes the former name). Dated handoff and closeout documents keep their narrative; only the paths were refreshed.

The Claude Code group hubs are moving from
t/priv/data/groups/<name>to per-group repos under$PP/g/<name>, and thevideo_gengroup is renamedav(audiovisual). This repo's docs pointed at the old location.What
