Adds the
nwagent skill atnw/data/skills/nw/SKILL.md(canonical location per the skill-package-setup layout: ships in the wheel and isgh skill-discoverable), with a relative symlink in.claude/skills/nwfor Claude Code. The description carries the trigger phrases from the issue; the body gives the project / genre / Transform / prepare-plan-execute / freshness model, the nw-vs-substrate guidance, and pointers to the docs.Genres are described as registered by their owning apps (nw ships none), pointing at
nw.list_genres()rather than a hard-coded list that would go stale.Tests (
tests/test_shipped_skill.py): single real skill inside the package, frontmatter spec-clean (name equals folder, description within 1024 characters), trigger phrases present, bridge is a relative symlink to the canonical dir, every citednw.<name>resolves. Full suite: 808 passed, 3 skipped.Not done here: federating into
g_avviapriv group refresh-skills(a fleet-side step run after release).Review: small, docs/test-only change; per policy no adversarial review.
