Greptile Summary

This PR updates the Inkeep search integration by upgrading the library version from 0.5.55 to 0.5.115 and significantly refines the styling. The changes switch the navbar search from Typesense to Inkeep, add a custom logo avatar for the AI assistant, and update the search icon SVG.
