Adds first-class auxiliary WebAssembly worker builds to Web targets. Configured worker binaries build through Cargo and wasm-bindgen, publish in the same immutable development or release generation as the main module, and expose stable module URL strings through the generated entry module. Failed worker builds preserve the previously selected generation.\n\nValidation:\n- mix format --check-formatted\n- mix compile --warnings-as-errors\n- mix reach.check --arch --dead-code\n- mix reach.check --smells --strict\n- mix test --exclude plugin_matrix (130 passed, 2 excluded)\n- mix docs --warnings-as-errors
