Makes each published auxiliary worker URL an executable module entry. The generated bootstrap imports and awaits the worker's wasm-bindgen initializer, while bindings and Wasm remain sibling immutable artifacts. Adds a real Chromium integration test that constructs the module Worker and observes its initialized code.\n\nValidation:\n- mix format --check-formatted\n- mix compile --warnings-as-errors\n- mix reach.check --arch --dead-code\n- mix reach.check --smells --strict\n- mix test --exclude plugin_matrix (131 passed, 2 excluded)\n- mix docs --warnings-as-errors
