fix(docs): improve onboarding navigation

Summary

• add clear start-here and common-path navigation to the docs homepage so readers can jump directly to setup, connectors, frameworks, or API docs
• make getting-started more scannable with path selection, setup expectations, and clearer next steps for connector-specific installs
• improve installation with install-path guidance and a connector dependency matrix so users can tell what to install before reading deeper guides

Verification

• reviewed the rendered markdown structure in the edited docs pages
• attempted to run pnpm --filter site build, but the workspace does not have site dependencies installed (vocs: not found / missing node_modules)
