Traffy Fondue is a digital platform developed by Thailand's National Electronics and Computer Technology (NECTEC) which allows residents to report infrastructure issues such as broken streetlights, garbage or flooding.
This project focuses on building a pipeline to perform data preprocessing and implement machine learning model to classify the input report text from the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA) Traffy Fondue according to government departments.
Overall, this project uses PyThaiNLP for data preprocessing, PhayaThaiBERT for deep learning model and use Macro F1 score for evaluation.
