Raspberry Pi Zero W (Core Electronics $20) 32Gb microSD card (kmart $12)
USB powerbank (kmart $5)
We should eventually switch to:
- Adafruit PowerBoost 500 (or 1000?) C (allows USB power and charging)
- smallest Lipo battery Adafruit sells
This will be a lot lighter than a powerbank, but is more expensive
BMP pressure/temperature sensor ($17)
Future Upgrades
- Pi Camera ** Note this needs a Pi Zero adaptor cable
- 9 DOF inertial measurement unit
- GPS?
