docs(ai): sync the integration prompt and its deep links - #111

The prompt block picks up the changelog feed, plan limits, per-job docs, the latest-SDK and compose validation rules, and the agent skills offer. The ChatGPT and Cursor links were still on an older copy of the prompt and now encode this one.
