data/mainnet/bootnodes.json and spec.json bootNodes still listed legacy validators 0-20, whose DNS records no longer exist — a fresh node syncing mainnet from this repo had zero working bootnodes. Replace with the three validators that remain after the fleet downscale (22, 24, 27); companion infra change: renlabs-dev/infra#47. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
