Sync main with dev: bridge claim wallet setup links - #515

The claim flow's "Set up a Torus mainnet wallet" link pointed at docs.torus.network, which is down (404), leaving claimants with no way to learn how to create a mainnet address. Link straight to the official SubWallet site and polkadot.js extension instead - any Substrate wallet works with Torus - and tie the copy to the two existing input modes (paste or connect).
