GitHub Alabaster Theme for VS Code

Inspired by I am sorry, but everyone is getting syntax highlighting wrong, I forked primer/github-vscode-theme and added two new themes "GitHub ABS Dark" and "GitHub ABS Light", following the philosophy extracted from the article.
