feat(webhooks): add contact.topics.updated and topic.created/updated/deleted events

the API accepts contact.topics.updated, topic.created, topic.updated and topic.deleted as webhook events, and they're live with no feature flag (the monorepo has sent them since at least 60ac6d5dbf, 2026-02-12). the trigger and the webhook actions can't select them.

this adds them to the event options in ResendTrigger.node.ts and actions/webhook/index.ts. lists only namespaced event values used /^[a-z]+\.[a-z_]+$/, which rejects the three-part contact.topics.updated, so it's now /^[a-z]+(\.[a-z_]+)+$/.

bumps to 2.9.0.

lint, lint:n8n, typecheck, test (449 passed) and build pass.

part of DEV-2236 (no sub-issue for n8n).
