Ask if an enrollee is new or returning

A few people have said they would like to re-enroll in the new program to either complete their learning or start a new track. It would be nice to have data on who is new and who is returning. Also, potentially their level of success in the first cohort.

We should include this in the enrollment form

Will do. Note we also have the datasets with email addresses from the first session. I'll plan on doing proper data analysis from that as well.
