Most of the terminals that we use today support raw mode(?) and we can build a terminal based UI/UX so that users can navigate through pages and entries easily.
In this PR, I added a functional requirement that describes the basic features of such kind of UI/UX.
For terminal that doesn't support the
raw mode(I am not super sure if this is the right terminology), we can always fall back to the text-based command implementation (which is what we are doing today).
