Recent fires: extra cameras from the HPWREN CDN - #15

Conversation
recent.py fetches frames for cameras FIgLib did not annotate, for fires still inside the CDN's ~90-day public window, and scores them against the `all` corpus's fires and ground truth. A new `recent` corpus gives them their own metadata, detections and outputs. geolocate reads a sequence's own detection directory and frame width when it names them, since these CDN sequences sit outside every corpus's detections and frame_sizes.json. NOTES.md has the account (2026-09-21); .gitignore covers the CDN frame directories and parquet caches. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
