Welcome to the very first public release of toast!

Please note that toast is not quite at the v1.0 stage yet; there are still many improvements to be made & many bugs to be fixed. If you find one of these aforementioned bugs, or would like to suggest a feature, please create an issue in the GitHub issue tab.
