Fix Release sample and ABI validation CI
Initialize and close the controller with the app window, allocate node IDs internally, split commissioning and persisted interactions into Connect and Devices pages, and select known devices from a dropdown. Build the Matter controller archive entirely within the SDK submodule, then compile and link the WinRT component independently with MSVC.
