- 修改代碼使其兼容於最新版本的telegram與flask packages
- 為代碼加入type hint與docstring以增加可讀性與維護性
- 新增Docker環境設定，使代碼部屬更為方便與避免套件版本不同造成衝突
- 新增README.md，內含檔案說明與使用說明
