Prototype pins

This PR:

• Changes the default pins to align to new PRG32 Prototype
• Added support for installing the python tooling with pip and for abbreviations (eg. you can run "python -m prg32 b e" instead of "python -m prg32 build erase-flash").
• Added default "https://" scheme prefix to store commands.
• Fixes some missing dependencies and updated docs
• Created new CI/CD profile and reverted default behaviour to booting to setup menu.
