Settled after the dashboard-triggered recreation. This PR still has dependency-specific lint failures from oxlint@1.67.0, including new require-unicode-regexp errors and the existing max-lines error. The WSL installer also hits the base gemini-cli@latest lock issue fixed by #3523.
