The download speed does not increase

Unloading speed doesn't increase with increasing volume. I tried it in a modded truck and in the in-game trailer. I tried it with and without mods. Please take a look.
The body and trailer were replenished through EasyDevControls

I figured it out. It turns out you need to turn it off and on again in the menu.
