Adds measuring-ax.mdx to mcp/ with 10 accompanying screenshots in mcp/assets/. Images renamed from CleanShot timestamps to descriptive slugs and given alt text throughout the guide.
Tightens wording across all four sections: task execution, feedback loop quality, discovery and context, and efficiency. Converts the diagnosis paragraph to a bullet list and adds efficiency definition sentence.
