Issues

• Feedback: gate.sh's pnpm lockfile-freshness preflight (moved after the empty-gate skip in #129) has no 'install' exemption, so on a fresh CI runner (no node_modules) it aborts 'gate.sh install' — the very step templates/action.yml runs to create node_modules. reDeFi carries the fix locally: guard with [ "$key" != "install" ] && [ -f "$root/pnpm-lock.yaml" ].

• Feedback: CI templates (setup/templates/action.yml + gates.yml) run 'bash .claude/scripts/gate.sh' from the repo, but #134 stopped vendoring .claude/scripts/ and sync flags a vendored gate.sh as 'safe to delete' — following that advice red-lines every gate job, since GitHub runners have no plugin cache. Either keep shipping gate.sh/resolve-roots.sh as managed files for CI, or make the CI templates stop depending on a repo copy.

• Feedback: Driver systemd unit names (pr-loop-driver-issue<N>) carry no repo slug, so multi-repo loops on one host collide on shared issue numbers

• Post-#134: shipped templates still assume a repo-local .claude/scripts/ that nothing populates (worktree.sh never lands; CI needs gate.sh)
