Add "Note to the Agent" and "Agent Learnings" sections to enable bidirectional collaboration. Agents are now encouraged to contribute learnings that persist across sessions, with clear rules for adding, removing, and promoting items. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
