Final demo video: YouTube link, project page film, captions - #165

The site's film is now the published 3:04 demo (intro, how it is built, and Wick end to end on a real Fire TV Stick 4K Select): new 1080p and 720p encodes, a poster and README preview cut from it, and captions built from the narration's own timings.
README's links and preview open https://youtu.be/hekdQBD0KDU; the site's buttons and countdown say 3:04; SUBMISSION.md carries the URL and describes the video that was published instead of the planned 2:50 script.

docs/): the embedded film is the new video (1080p 33.7 MB, 720p 15.7 MB), with a new poster and 27 English captions built from the narration's timings; buttons and countdown say 3:04.Checked:
scripts/__tests__/pages.test.tspasses; the page served locally plays the new video with sound, loads 27 caption cues, and shows no page errors.
