• Transfer Receipt Verification QR Code: PARTIAL / FAIL (verification logic exists, token format and HMAC present — but route import bug prevents endpoint from working; requires small fix).
• Security Event Monitoring Dashboard: PASS (ingest, buffer, query, RBAC present; endpoints respond as specified when authenticated).
