chore: suppress changelogen's browser tab + wrap vue code samples - #13

changelogen calls its own syncGithubRelease after pushing the tag. If it can't authenticate (no GITHUB_TOKEN locally), it falls back to opening the Release page in a browser — on every release. The CI workflow already creates the GitHub Release via changelogithub after publishing to npm, so the local side's attempt was redundant and noisy. --no-github disables the entire local Release step.

Two small polish commits.
chore(release): suppress changelogen's GitHub Release step
`changelogen --release` was opening a new Chrome tab on every local release — its built-in "create a GitHub Release" prompt that fires when it can't auth against the GitHub API. We don't want it to: CI's `changelogithub` step already creates the Release body after npm publishes, so `changelogen` trying to do it in parallel is redundant and would collide if it ever did succeed.
`--no-github` tells `changelogen` to skip the GitHub Release step entirely — it now does exactly the four things we want from it (bump version, write CHANGELOG.md, commit, tag, push) and nothing else.
docs: wrap vue code samples in `` for correct rendering
VitePress's markdown renderer parses ```vue``` code blocks through the Vue SFC lexer, which rejects top-level HTML elements outside a `` or `<script>` tag. Several docs (README, iframe-blocking guide, dialog-link / dialog-trigger / widget / consent-manager component pages) had bare `<C15t...>` snippets that rendered as errors.
Wrapped every unwrapped `vue` code sample. Verified via script: zero unwrapped blocks remain.
Also fixed a typo where widget.md's closing `
` was written as ``.Test plan
